What We Do
Our Services
Professional Air Duct Cleaning
We use a powerful HEPA-filtered negative air vacuum system paired with positive compressed air to provide a thorough, professional air duct cleaning. This industry-standard method delivers the same cleaning performance as many truck-mounted systems while allowing us to safely and effectively remove contaminants from your HVAC system. We also have the truck-mounted system to be used when appropriate.
Our process creates continuous negative pressure throughout your ductwork, preventing dust and debris from escaping into your home during the cleaning. Specialized compressed air tools then loosen dirt, dust, pet dander, pollen, construction debris, and other contaminants from deep within the ducts, where they are immediately captured by our high-powered HEPA-filtered vacuum system.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our dryer vent cleanings are performed from the outside of your home using specialized compressed air equipment. This process safely removes lint, dust, and debris while keeping the mess outside — where it belongs. There's no need to worry about lint or dust being blown into your home.

Installed directly into your HVAC system, the Air Scrubber by Aerus uses ActivePure® Technology to help reduce airborne and surface contaminants throughout your home. It works to reduce dust, odors, allergens, mold spores, bacteria, and viruses while continuously improving your indoor air quality.
Whole-Home Humidifiers
A whole-home humidifier adds the right amount of moisture to the air throughout your entire home. Whole-Home Sanitization
Our whole-home sanitization process is designed to provide more complete coverage throughout your HVAC system. Unlike many companies that use a heavier mist, we use a specialized sanitizing fog that is lightweight enough to travel through your ductwork more effectively. This allows the treatment to reach more areas of your HVAC system and your home's air distribution network.
Our sanitization service helps reduce odors and treats your HVAC system using an EPA-registered sanitizing product applied according to the manufacturer's directions, leaving your home feeling cleaner and fresher.

Air Duct Cleaning
We begin by connecting a high-powered vacuum to your ductwork to create continuous negative air pressure throughout the system. Next, we clean each individual supply and return vent, using specialized equipment to push dust and debris toward the main trunk line. Once the debris has been collected in the main trunk, we direct it into our vacuum system for safe removal from your home.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our dryer vent cleaning service includes the entire vent run — from the back of your dryer to the exterior vent cap — to help reduce the risk of dryer fires caused by lint buildup. If requested, we can also provide an estimate to clean the inside of your dryer. Internal lint buildup around the blower housing, heating element, and other components is not included in a standard vent cleaning but can be cleaned as an additional service.
